Vertex AI Marketing Agent
Vertex AI Marketing Agent is an internal software application built and used by Vertex Logistics. It helps our own marketing staff prepare and publish content about our freight, customs, warehousing and courier services.
What it does
The application drafts campaign copy in English and Arabic, suggests hashtags, and assembles short vertical videos with captions and voice-over. A member of our staff reviews and approves every campaign before anything is published. Once approved, the application can publish the content to our own business accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, and read the public performance statistics for the posts it published.
What it does not do
- It publishes only to accounts that Vertex Logistics owns and has connected itself. It does not access, read or post to anyone else’s accounts.
- It is used for organic posts only. It does not manage paid advertising, boosts or ad budgets.
- It does not publish anything automatically. A campaign must be approved by our staff, and every real publishing request must be explicitly confirmed by the person publishing it.
How it runs
The application runs on Vertex Logistics’ own computers and is used only by our staff. It is not a public service, has no public sign-up, and is not offered to other companies. It connects to each social platform through that platform’s official sign-in process (OAuth), and the access tokens that let it act on our accounts are stored encrypted in its local database.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data Vertex Logistics collects and how we use it. Section 5 describes this application, and section 6 describes the Google and YouTube data it accesses, why, how long it is kept, and how to request deletion.
