Documents and origin proof for European shipments
Goods of EU origin may qualify for preferential duty under the EU–Jordan Association Agreement, but only with valid proof of origin. Ask your supplier early whether the goods qualify and which proof they can issue, because it is hard to obtain after the cargo has left. Goods made outside Europe and resold by a European distributor keep their original origin, which can change the duty you pay in Jordan.
